Property Overview:

MarinaVillage was originally developed as a fractional ownership resort in Cape Coral’s Tarpon Point community. After economic downturn, the property developers decided to operate the property as a traditional hotel until conditions improved. SunStream was tasked with the conversion process, which included staffing the property, creating the rental program and facilitating day-to-day resort operations. The property featured 264 units that ranged in size from studio to three-bedroom suites. Resort amenities included restaurants and shopping, spa & salon, fitness facility, resort-style pool, and direct access to a full-service marina.
