DAVID A. LAWRENCE
Dave has directed the management of SunStream since its inception in 1986. He orchestrates the long-term financial and strategic planning for the company, and supervises budgeting, internal control systems, and key construction projects. With a strong background in residential, commercial and industrial properties, he has been instrumental in the development and management of several high-end properties.
MONICA FLOWERS CREWS
Monica enjoys the longest tenure with the company, having started in March of 1986. Truly having learned the business from the ground floor up, she’s well versed in hotel operations, finance, and human resources on both the property and corporate levels. She is instrumental in orchestrating the work of the company’s Strategic Planning Committee, Corporate Safety Committee, Retention Committee and Emergency Management Team.
Director of Hospitality Operations
Gary has been with the company since 1999 and has also held the positions of Food & Beverage Director and General Manager. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations of all SunStream properties, including services, revenue development, quality assurance and cost control. He is also responsible for growing the SunStream portfolio through new development and business acquisition.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jenn has been with the company since early 2003 and has held a number of key roles in the sales department. She is responsible for increasing market share both domestically and internationally. In addition, she is responsible for directing revenue management practices and call center operations for SunStream as well as assisting in new project analysis and business development.
Director of Finance
Sharie has been with the company since 1991 and has learned the financial architecture of the company through a progression of various property, restaurant and corporate accounting positions. She is responsible for the direction and oversight of the financial operations for SunStream and its affiliated subsidiaries.
Real Estate Broker
Justin has over fifteen years experience in the fields of construction, land development, and Real Estate. Upon completion of his Bachelor of Business Management degree from St. John’s University (MN), he joined SunStream, Inc. in January 2003 as the Assistant Project Manager for Bellasera Resort in Naples. In 2005, Justin received his Real Estate License, followed by his Broker’s License in 2008. In 2010, he began overseeing the SunStream Realty Division as its Broker, as well as the SunStream Vacation Club Project Director. Justin is also responsible for completing a market analysis as well as property valuation for new opportunities and acquisitions.
Director of Business Development
Mitch has been involved in real estate development and sales and marketing of residential condominiums and shared ownership projects for over 30 years. Most of his real estate experience has been in South Florida, however he has national experience with some of the top private equity firms in the U.S. He joined the SunStream team in 2007 to assist in partially converting the DiamondHead Beach Resort to shared ownership. Currently he serves as Director of Business Development for SunStream, actively seeking new business opportunities for the company. Mitch is a licensed Florida real Estate Broker and has lived on Sanibel Island for the past 20 years.
