Building Services and Amenities

  • Supervision of property systems, including grounds, recreational facilities, building, and utilities
  • Implementation and supervision of capital projects
  • Provide owner amenities such as valet parking, recreational activities, concierge services, and assistance programs as requested

Staffing

  • Oversight of all property employees, including pre-employment screening and ongoing Human Resource functions

Rental Program

  • Provide full hotel services such as front desk, housekeeping, sales, maintenance, and food and beverage if needed
  • Establish owner contracts and rental revenue distributions
  • Coordinate unit annual renovation programs
  • Liaison with association Board regarding items that overlap between rental program and association common areas
  • Establish reservation system and interface with all worldwide Internet marketing and reservations systems
